How It Works
Our SOCKS proxy service uses SSH (Secure SHell) to encrypt the connection from your computer to our proxy. Many Internet programs and browsers such as Firefox are compatible with SOCKS proxies. As you browse the web or use the Internet your IP address is hidden. In addition to that, your ISP will not be able see what goes through the tunnel because it is encrypted. This will also keep you safe on public wi-fi networks. Plus, it will ublock any sites you are restricted from accessing. All you need is an SSH application like PuTTY and SOCKS compatible programs like Firefox.

Also included are links to some popular programs which support SOCKS along with the instructions you will need to configure them.
